Great Wolf Lodge aimed to reposition its loyalty program ‘Voyagers Club’ as a premium yet welcoming experience that would drive more membership. The challenge was to elevate the program’s perception without losing the playful, family-oriented tone that defines Great Wolf Lodge.

Our new design system helped re-position Voyagers Club as a premium yet approachable experience with a cohesive feel.
